The Springfield United Methodist Men hold their monthly breakfast meeting on the first Saturday of the month at 8:00 a.m. Our group brings men together in fellowship to provide inspiration, information, and direction for Christian service; reveals, reclaims, and reactivates the talents of men to carry forward the mission of the church; provides a new understanding and approach of the gospel of faith, prayer, stewardship, service, and mission; develops friendships and fellowship with other men; and, offers a network of support in applying Christian faith at home, at work and at play.

YOUNG MEN & MEN'S RETREAT- World-renowned evangelist Maxie D. Dunnam, will be the keynote speaker at the 31st Annual UMM Spiritual Retreat, November 7-9, 2008, in Blackstone, VA. Pre-registration is now underway. The SUMC UMM are encouraging all MEN-from youth on up, to attend this special weekend. Forms are on the clipboard table.
